By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, including but not limited to voice recordings or audio files uploaded for cloning or voice modifications, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit or upload, including local audio files for cloning or modification purposes.
You agree that the audio content (whether recorded through the app or uploaded as a local file) may be used to provide and improve our services, including processing for cloning or applying voice transformations. You also acknowledge that any modifications made to the content through the Service are your sole responsibility and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
Engaging in any activity that violates any law, regulation, or contractual obligation;
Harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity;
Transmitting or distributing any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Accessing or attempting to access any account, system, or network not intended for your use.
The Service offers subscription plans and one-time purchases for certain features or goods. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions associated with such subscription or purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Service. All fees paid are non-refundable, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
