Voice Echo AI uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enable voice cloning, synthetic voice generation, voice transformation, and related effects.
All AI-generated content is produced automatically based on the inputs you provide (such as uploaded recordings, voice samples, or text). By using these features, you agree:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Voice Echo AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
By submitting or uploading any content (including voice recordings, audio files, or prompts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to process and use such content to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You acknowledge that all content generated using the Service, including AI outputs, is your responsibility and must comply with local, national, and international laws and platform guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes, including but not limited to:
The Service may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases. You agree to pay applicable fees and abide by any associated conditions. All purchases are non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, especially in cases of content abuse, policy violations, or suspected illegal activity.
Termination does not affect our right to enforce terms related to intellectual property, user content, legal compliance, or indemnity obligations.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. We will attempt to notify you of material changes in advance (e.g., 7 days). Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
