• Voice transformation and effects
• AI-generated music and audio
• Speech enhancement and related AI tools

AI-generated content is automatically produced based on user-provided inputs such as voice recordings, prompts, text, or uploaded media.

By using the Service, you agree:

• Not to impersonate or imitate any real person without explicit authorization.
• Not to use the Service for fraud, deception, harassment, misinformation, or illegal purposes.
• Not to generate political, financial, medical, or misleading content intended to manipulate or deceive others.
• Not to use the Service to create harmful deepfakes, fake identities, or deceptive synthetic media.
• That you are solely responsible for all content generated, uploaded, shared, or distributed through the Service.

AI-generated content is provided for creative, entertainment, and productivity purposes only.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service.

By uploading or submitting content, including voice recordings, prompts, audio files, or related materials, you grant Voice Echo AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, modify, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded content.
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• You have obtained consent from individuals whose voices or likenesses may be involved.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Generate hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Use automated systems or bots to abuse platform resources.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable AI, copyright, privacy, or intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium features.

By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
