Our App uses AI technology to provide voice cloning, text-to-speech, voice transformation, and related features. These features are powered by machine learning models trained on licensed or user-contributed audio data.
All AI-generated content is created automatically based on your inputs (e.g., uploaded audio or text). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs do not violate any applicable laws or infringe on third-party rights.

As the developer, Voice Echo AI assumes full responsibility for all AI-generated content created using our App, whether generated by us or by users. We implement pre-processing filters, content moderation, and a reporting mechanism to reduce risks of misuse.

This app includes a content reporting feature. Users can report inappropriate content by clicking the "Report Content" button. Voice Echo AI is operated by a company outside the European Union. We have a small number of users in the EU (approximately 500 users). Based on GDPR Article 27, which requires non-EU companies to appoint an EU representative when processing personal data of EU users, we have determined that this requirement does not apply to us at this time due to the small scale and incidental nature of EU user data processing.
