This AI Usage Policy explains how EchoVoiceAI may be used across voice design, voice cloning, narration, podcast creation, audiobook production, storytelling, gaming, and creator workflows. By using EchoVoiceAI, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Authorized Voice Use Only

Users may only upload, clone, generate, or otherwise use voices that they own or have clear permission to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that any voice sample, script, prompt, generated asset, or audio output submitted to or created with EchoVoiceAI is lawful and properly authorized.

2. Prohibited Impersonation

Impersonation of celebrities, public figures, politicians, government officials, journalists, or other recognizable individuals is prohibited.

You may not use EchoVoiceAI to mislead others, imitate a real person without permission, create deceptive endorsements, or produce content that falsely suggests affiliation, approval, sponsorship, or identity.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading or generating voices without ownership or permission.
• Creating misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or abusive voice content.
• Producing deepfake-style impersonation intended to deceive or manipulate others.
• Using the service for scams, phishing, social engineering, or other illegal activity.
• Generating content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or publicity-rights laws.

4. Acceptable Use Examples

EchoVoiceAI is designed for legitimate creative and business workflows such as:

• Podcast production
• Audiobook narration
• Storytelling
• Narration and explainer content
• Gaming voices and character prototyping
• Content creator workflows
• Brand-safe voice design and internal production

5. Enforcement

We may review accounts, prompts, uploaded samples, generated outputs, and related usage signals to protect users, comply with payment network rules, and enforce platform safety requirements.

If we determine that content or account activity violates this policy, we may remove content, suspend features, restrict access, or terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary.
